Recipe As this tea has a delicate flavour , make sure you don't use hard water when making the tea. Use boiling water which has just begun to simmer and steep the leaves for around 7-10 minutes , using 2 tsp of leaf per cup. If you want to reuse the leaves , soak for less time initially and longer for each time you re-soak the leaves. Avoid milk and sugar to enjoy the subtle flavor.
